The new ventilator model Sirio Baby 200 MRI has been conceived for the lung ventilation of new born having a weight of < 3 Kgs and premature babies.

The project of the new Sirio Baby 200 started in 1982 and now, this friendly user equipment has been refined achieving the goal of combining an exceptional flexibility with a very high level technology. This ventilator has been conceived especially for the emergency when a ventilatory support is needed during the transport. Solid and light at the same time and equipped with a long duration back-up battery which grants the maximum flexibility.

Versatility

The new Sirio Baby 200 is able to offer a wide range of therapeutic treatments as well as to perform a pressure and volume control ventilation guaranteed either with an invasive or with a non-invasive modality, able to meet all the respiratory needs of newborns and prematures (weight < 3kgs).

Simplicity

The intuitive and versatile interface carefully studied for doctors operating with neonatal emergency situations makes this ventilator the ideal equipment to be used along with the transport incubator and for the transport in ambulance, mobile clinics.

Performances

The new Sirio Baby 200 grants excellent performances taking advantage of Siare’s high standards technology. Equipped with different ventilation modalities: CPAP – IMV – IPPV – MANUAL – PEEP. FiO2 adjustable from 21% to 100% O2. Inspiratory and Expiratory time adjustable. Integrated spirometry. Long duration back-up battery and a wide range of dedicated accessories grant an easier mobility of the device.

MRI Version

The new Sirio Baby 200 is manufactured also in the magnetic version (item code 09637/RMN) for the use in the Magnetic Resonance unit (MRI) from 1,5 and from 3,0 Tesla. The amagnetic version is the ideal choice for the
transport of newborns from the resuscitation room to the magnetic resonance unit with a continue ventilation support granting to the newborns a higher comfort and security.
